Grupo Energéticos needed to record and measure compliance with the Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Management System (SASISOPA). This regulation is required for natural gas retail activities, as well as the distribution and retailing of liquefied petroleum gas and petroleum products. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in penalties, including fines, temporary suspension of activities, withdrawal of permits, and permanent closure.
