In April 2019, Securitas Mexico began operating the DABI platform to address its primary challenge: a lack of visibility into services performed outside the office.
Through DABI, Securitas gained traceability, registration, and execution details per site, as well as documentation of services rendered. This gave them visibility into services generated from assignment, follow-up, and completion via the technician's mobile device
