It is a consortium of companies promoted by the Government of the state of Jalisco to participate in a project to expand internet coverage in the state and reduce the digital divide by sharing public infrastructure.

Since more than 10 companies from the telecommunications sector participated in this project, the generation of standardized digital reports was essential.
