Since November 2023, Grupo Sigma has been using DABI to improve the traceability and execution of repair and maintenance services for point-of-sale (POS) terminals in OXXO stores. The DABI platform has improved the planning and distribution of technical personnel tasks, automated the generation of preventive and corrective maintenance reports, and recorded visits and work performed by client, location, and equipment.
